I really appreciated all the feedback – getting us to fine-tune our skills, pressure, pace, etc. On the receiving end (!!) I must add I was amazed at this energy I was feeling throughout my body – tingling in my hands and feet, trilling everywhere. It was amazing. As a nurse I have been very scientific and “western” in my thinking up til now. I have to admit I have a lot of new ideas now about the body’s sensory capabilities. Feeling is believing!!!!!!!!
